The role involves coordinating provider orientation, training, and continuing education, as well as maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. The Coordinator partners with Operations, IT, and Clinical teams to improve patient care and telehealth experiences. They also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and risk management activities.
