The Telehealth Services Coordinator supports the delivery and operation of telehealth services across Zenova’s network. They assist with launching new telehealth services and sites while ensuring compliance with ACA, NCCHC, and state standards. The role involves coordinating provider orientation, training, and continuing education, as well as maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. The Coordinator partners with Operations, IT, and Clinical teams to improve patient care and telehealth experiences. They also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and risk management activities.
Support telehealth providers and assist with the implementation of new telehealth services and sites.
Coordinate provider orientation, training, continuing education, and policy compliance activities.
Partner with Operations, IT, and Clinical teams to maintain quality, efficiency, and service reliability.
Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and performance evaluation initiatives.
Serve as liaison between telehealth services, facility leadership, and other healthcare providers.
EDUCATION
College degree in nursing or other healthcare related field preferred.
Master’s degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of job-related experience, or post-graduate studies, or a combination preferred.
Experience in the development, implementation, and management of healthcare services preferred.
Experience in telemedicine preferred.
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Licensed as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
